C盘无原无故的只剩100多M是怎么回事啊？

我的机器是2000的古董，硬盘是昆腾火球的10G，用XP操作系统~
半年不到，C盘空间就从1。几个G的剩余空间锐减到100过M， 怎么回事啊，我把系统还原关了啊！
