随着Internet的快速发展，办公自动化系统（OA系统）已经大量的被企业使用，特别是那些有着多个分公司的中小型企业。通过办公自动化系统，可以达到对公司内部工作量实时控制，对公司生产和员工的实时管理，真正达到无纸化办公的目的。
本课题主要搭建了一个OA系统中的交流园地平台，其包含了对整个OA系统核心思想——信息交流的体现。通过该系统可以促进公司内部员工与员工，员工与公司管理层间的信息交流，并且可使公司内部人员在最短的时间内获得公司的信息。
本系统包含以下几个模块：内部论坛模块，是该平台的主要核心, 常见的互动交流服务，为用户、员工、客户提供讨论和交流；内部文件管理模块，包含用户上传，和下载文件以及对用户上传文件的权限管理；企业公告管理，包含了信息的发布和浏览；部门内部交流模块，功能类似于内部论坛，但有更强大的权限控制。
该系统采用基于JAVA开发的WEB平台,后台数据库采用Oracle。本系统严格的按照MVC开发模式，使各层件相互独立，便于系统的维护以及以后系统的业务修改。本文主要介绍使用JAVA语言构建OA系统交流园地平台的详细过程，包括可行性研究、需求分析、总体设计、详细设计、测试五个阶段。重点介绍MVC开发的具体操作方式及其设计思想。
