本文利用专家访谈法、观察法等方法对广州市LQ实业股份有限公司(简称LQ公司)的现有的培训体系及培训开发相关工作进行了深入的研究分析,同时,通过借鉴国内外先进的管理理念和优秀企业的培训机制,利用理论研究和实证研究相结合的方法,对LQ公司现有的培训体系进行了改进设计,主要的意义就是丰富国内企业培训的管理理论,同时,也是为国内企业的培训工作走向规范化提供一个可参考的依据。
