摘要: 企业生产是一个动态的过程，正常运行的设备可能会出现故障，人的操作受到自身条件的影响可能会出差错，管理上也可能会有失误。其实,在企业安全生产活动中人是安全的主体，安全管理要以人为本。在核电站,人因失误是造成事故的主要因素之一，而现场的心理背景在诱发人因失误的过程中起着十分重要的影响。防止人因失误造成事故，就要对人的不安全行为的心理进行系统分析，研究人的心理活动对安全行为的影响，且随时掌握企业员工的愿望和动机等心理活动，把安全管理由被动地事中、事后控制变为主动地事前分析、预测、控制，这样就可以在很大程度上减少事故的发生。本文通过分析了安全心理对企业员工安全生产时的作用、核电企业员工的心理特质、人行为时心理背景的结构、核电企业持续的员工激励措施以及几种典型的人因失误心理现象,最后指出,消除不利于安全的心理因素的根本途径是建立企业安全文化，并提出了核安全文化的基本特征。
