Well,there are a few problems in our daily life.For me,the most serious problem is the lack of sleeping and sporting.As a result of the pressure from studying,I have less and less time for relaxing or communicating with my friends.We are too busy to talk to each others as usual.What's more,I'm even not allowed to watch TV,surfing on the Internet or listening to music at home.As the saying goes"All work without play makes jack a dull boy",it's necessary for us to spend some time playing and enjoying our hobbies.
Could you give me some advice?Expecting for your reply.

1.sleeping是名词sporting是形容词，运动的。sport作为名词才是运动，作为动词是炫耀，卖弄的意思。
2.talk with与某人交谈，但这里talk to 好像也说的过去
3.上网和听英语都是allow的宾语，所以也应该用不定式，而不是以分词做主语
