摘要：国纺织业目前正面临着较为严重的问题。出口量增速逐渐减少，达到自2003年1月以来的最低水平。我国纺织品服装的出口量在2008年以来也出现了较大的波动，且下半年主要呈下降趋势。究其原因，除了上半年面临的人民币升值、生产成本上升等压力外，影响下半年出口波动的重要因素之一就是目前的国际经济形势不稳定。因此，怎样在危机中抓住机遇，进一步探讨金融危机对湖南纺织业对外贸易的影响就有了十分重要的意义。

Abstract: Nowdays the national textile industry is facing serious problems. The growth rate of export volume has been gradually reduced to the lowest level since January 2003.There has also appeared a larger fluctuation in the export volume of textiles and garments, which tends to be declining in the second half. Besides RMB revaluation resulting in the rise of production cost in the first half, one of the key factors to the fluctuation in export in the second half is the current unsettled international economic situation. Therefore, it is extremely vital to seize the opportunity in the crisis and to further study how the financial crisis influences the foreign trade of Hunan's textile industry.
