Who do you guess broke the window？(这句话是否有错？能不能算做宾语从句？还只是含有插入语的一般特殊疑问句？)
Do you know who broke the window?可不可以说成Who do you guess broke the window?

I think it necessary that we take plenty of hot water everyday, 宾语从句，it为形式宾语，真正宾语that we take plenty of hot water everyday，放在句子的结尾，加了is 后，think 后面的句子全都变成宾语从句，句子成分发生变化。因此不能加is。
第二，三个句子中的“do you think”"do you guess"均为插入语，因为去除该成分，句子仍然完整，回答均无变化：
1)---Who do you think the public might choose as their favorite singer this year?
--- Mariah Carey.
2)--Who might the public choose as their favorite singer this year?
--- Mariah Carey.
第四句则不同：
1）---Do you know who broke the window?（你知道是谁打破了窗户吗？）
--- yes, I do. Xiaoming did it.
who broke the window?
--- Xiaoming.
所以这句中，do you know 不是插入语。
改成Who do you guess broke the window?（你猜是谁打破了窗户？）可是可以的，就是意思和结构上有些许不同。
