【摘要】为减轻农民负担、解决“三农”问题，根据国务院的部署，2005年各省市将全面取消农业税，从而结束农民种田缴纳“皇粮国税”的历史。农业税的逐步取消，使农民真正得到了实惠，但同时也对我国乡镇财政部门的建设提出了新的、严峻的课题。本文具体分析了取消农业税和农业特产税对滕州市乡镇财政的影响，针对滕州市部分乡镇受取消农业两税影响较大的实际情况提出了对策建议。
