模糊控制是智能控制的一个重要分支,它不需要建立被控对象的数学模型,适合于对复杂系统如非线性,时变,滞后系统的控制,同时对被控制对象特性参数有较强的鲁棒性,控制效果好且所需设备简单。
针对锅炉燃烧过程十分复杂,难用准确的数学模型来描述以及常规方法的控制效果不是十分理想等问题,在分析常规的模糊控制器的基础上,结合模糊逻辑控制理论,利用双模糊控制器控制,当系统误差较大时,采用单模糊控制器控制,以达到快速响应,消除误差的目的,当系统误差较小时,用另一个模糊控制器控制,以消除静态误差,在MATLAB/ SIMULINK环境下进行了仿真研究。并将该系统与采用普通模糊控制器和PID控制器控制进行对比分析。
仿真结果表明,普通的单模糊控制器控制的输出波形在超调和响应时间上明显好于传统PID控制器但在稳定后仍然存在稳态误差,而双模糊控制器可以有效的减小这一误差且其他性能更好。表明双模糊控制器对锅炉的燃烧系统具有良好的控制性能。
