大学生自主创业的关键影响因素调查与分析研究

摘要：利用自行设计的调查问卷，了解目前四川地区在校大学生对于大学生自主创业的关键影响因素的认识与看法，并进行系统分析，以期找出影响大学生自主创业的关键因素。被试对象以西南财经大学为主，西南科技大学、西南交通大学、四川大学、电子科技大学、成都信息工程学院、成都理工大学为辅助展开调查研究。调查时间是2009年3月。
结果：经研究分析得出以下结果：
1、在校大学生对自主创业关键性因素的认知主要由六个维度构成，即：社会能力因子；沟通与控制力因子；创业洞察力；个人知识与性格因子；各方面交道因子；区域限制因子。
2、目前在校大学生普遍认识到了社会能力因子与创业洞察力因子对自主创业的影响力，对其重要程度的看法还是相对比较统一的，并且希望通过某些途径来提高这些方面的能力。
3、目前在校大学生认为个人知识与性格因子对创业的影响力是很大的。希望通过创业教育使其得到提高。
