本文通过对中远物流的背景，组织结构，以及所处的外部内部环境进行研究，并通过SWOT方法分析中远物流有限公司的优劣势，机遇和威胁。从海外事业投入，人事制度，业务重组，应对金融危机等方面为中远提高核心竞争力指出明确的思路与方向。
本文以我国最大的物流企业中国远洋物流有限公司研究对象，对中远物流的背景，组织结构，以及所处的外部内部环境进行研究，并通过SWOT方法分析中远物流有限公司的优劣势，机遇和威胁。从海外事业投入，人事制度，业务重组，应对金融危机等方面，抓住自身优势，扬长避短，为中远提高核心竞争力指出明确的思路与方向。希望能对提高中远的核心竞争力有着现实的意义。
