摘要：中国模具工业发展十分迅速。在现代的模具生产中，国民经济的发展对模具提出了越来越高的要求。级进模已经完全实现了机械自动化生产，而且有相应的自检装置，有相当高的安全保障。连续模的自动化生产已成为模具发展的趋势。我所设计的带滚式自动送料的连续模，因设计有带滚式自动送料装置，基本实现了自动化生产。该题目来源于生产实践（长春第一汽车制造厂）。该套模具在压力机的一次行程中，连续在带料上进行切口，切断，压弯几道工序，一次形程完成一个制件，设计有带滚式自动送料机构，生产效率很高。在此次设计中，我将运用我所掌握的知识，对工件进行工艺性分析和工艺方案的设计。在分析后，完成带滚式自动送料的连续模的总体设计，模具工作零件，定位零件，压，卸料件以及其他模具零部件的设计。然后根据该套模具的特点来设计带滚式自动送料机构和完成一些与其相关的计算。最后在CAD中画出模具的装配图，零件图，手绘自动送料机构的零件图并用Pro-e对自动送料装置进行运动仿真。
