About a month ago I bought vase in a large department store.Along with the vase I had bought many other stuff.In the end I had bought so many things that I was unable to carry them all by myself.So I required delivery service.
After I had gotten home,the goods were soon delivered to my doorstep.I was too tired to check all the goods so I just signed the confirmation sheet and let the delivery man go.
However,the next morning when I unpacked all the goods and tried to sort them out,I realised something was wrong.There was a long crack on the neck of the expensive vase that I had bought.The beautiful vase looked ugly with that long crack.I realised that the vase must have been broken when it was being delivered.The delivery man was so careless.Frustrated,I got up and called the department store and asked to speak to the manager.Mr Zhou,the manager in charge of public relations,soon answered the phone.I told him about the defective vase and requested for another new vase.Mr Z
