股权结构和股利政策是上市公司财务管理的核心内容,从而受到了众多专家、学者及股东的关注。上市公司的股利政策实际上是不同利益主体之间进行博弈后的一种结果，而股权结构是决定各博弈主体竞争实力的关键因素。所以本文主要从股权结构的角度出发，运用股权结构和股利政策的相关理论，根据中外股权结构对股利政策影响的比较，对我国上市公司的股权结构和股利政策的现状进行系统的分析，从而总结出股权结构对股利政策的影响，进而提出改善股权结构，规范上市公司股利政策的相关建议。
本文的内容分为六章
第一章，绪论。主要陈述本文的选题背景和研究意义。
第二章，理论回顾。主要是对股权结构和股利政策的相关理论进行综述。
第三章，股权结构对股利政策影响的理论分析。
第四章，股权结构对股利政策影响的国别比较。
第五章，我国上市公司股利政策的现状及原因分析。
第六章，改善股权结构，规范上市公司股利政策的相关建议。
