请婚假的标准英文信

Dear Sir,
i am glad to inform you that I will going to be married on April 19th.
I have ask HR about it and she told me that there are entitled for a 10 days marriage leave, including weekends.
I hope that you grant me a marriage leave from April 20th to May 3rd. (May 1st---3rd are the International Labour Day. )

I am glad to inform you that I planed to be married at a registry in the next few month. I have ask HR about it and she told me that stuff in Shenzhen office are entitled for a 13 days marriage leave, including holiddays and weekends. I hope i can register on 8th Auguest of this year, which is a very special day. Hence i would like to request that you grant me a marriage leave around that day if not conflit with our work scheme.
