不太明白第二句:The world forgetting by the world forgot 的语法？觉得这句可以理解意思，但不太会讲通，请高手解释一下？

遗忘世界的人，也被世界遗忘...我觉得应该这样翻译吧。
至于语法也觉得很奇怪...不过在诗歌中省略一些成份也可以理解的吧。
或许只能把The world forgetting认为是主语， forgot 是谓语，但是省略了be ，还调整了语序... by 介词 ，后一句的the world 是宾语
这句话来自Alexander Pope，其实在电影暖暖内含光里面看到过～
