我查到两种答案，一种是are...一种是be...请问2中都可以还是怎么，谢谢

虚拟语气的固定结构就是（should）+ 动词原形
所以应当填入：（should) be deprived of the rights to receive education 其中的should可以省略，
即可以直接填入：be deprived of the rights to receive education
此题还是被动语态需要注意。

两个答案都可以。
只不过上者使用了虚拟语气
后者是普通用法而已。

都可以，不过两种不同的说法却反应了不同等级的英语，很显然，用虚拟语气要高明一些。

有上下文吗？光看这句句子觉得不需要虚拟语气。直接are
如果“儿童被剥夺受教育权利”与事实相反，可能要用虚拟语气be
