电加热锅炉是过程工业中常用的设备,其温度控制也是过程控制的一个重要参数。然而,电加热锅炉因其具有大时滞、非线性、难以建立精确数学模型等特点,采用常规的PID控制难以达到很好的控制效果,为此,人们研究了许多有关PID算法的改进的控制方法。
本文针对THFCS实验设备中的锅炉内胆温度控制对象,采用了改进的PID控制算法来实现温度控制。温度控制环节主要使用西门子STEP 7 FB58标准温度控制功能块,在FB58的基础上加入了温度的变化率,根据温度变化率来动态设定PID控制的温度死区,加快PID的调节速度。
本文采用西门子公司的S7-300 PLC作为控制单元,在STEP7环境下编写控制程序并应用WinCC组态软件实现对锅炉温度的监控。测试结果表明该方法具有较好的控制效果。
