This paper divides the temperature and precipitation data according to spring(March-May),summer(June-August),autumn(September-November),and winter(December-February)and sequences annual average temperature and annual average precipitation.The data from 1961 to 1980 and the data from 1981 to 2008 are recorded separately for statistics analysis and the difference between the average temperature in the last 28 years and average temperature in the first 20 years is calculated.Regression analysis is carried out on the changes in temperature and precipitation in 47 years and a prediction of its future changing trend is made.Wavelet analysis is employed to give a multi-scale analysis of the period of climate change.
