本次设计的题目是酸性水汽提塔装置的设计,设计的主要内容是对酸性水汽提塔进行结构设计和工艺、强度的计算。根据温度、压力、流量等操作参数对汽提塔进行工艺计算,确定出塔的主要尺寸,并对塔的强度和稳定性进行校核,同时对塔的辅助设施和附件进行设计。
本设计有工艺计算、结构设计和强度计算。工艺计算是根据汽提过程产出物的含量、处理能力和产品的生产方案确定产品的收率、物料平衡、塔盘数、进料及侧线的抽出位置、中段回流位置以及相应的温度和压力等;结构设计是对塔尺寸参数,如塔高、塔径以及相应的进料管线和出料管线的尺寸进行设计,强度计算是对常压塔进行壁厚设计、轴向应力校核以及强度校核,使其能满足要求。
