I'm more than glad to see an increasing number of people are willing to help the people in need.And I firmly believe that volunteeringcan enhance their ability to tackle problems.
As we can see,thousands of college students are flocking to rural areas as temporary teachers.There is no doubt that tons of problems are awaiting:lack of food,poor living conditions,ect.So,they need to take great pains to overcome the problems.For examples,they have to get used to the simple food with strong will-power,and prrepare lessons in poor light.What's more,students there might not cooperate with them well,so they have to figure out a way to interest them,get them involved so as to teach them more effectively.It must be extremely hard for the volunteers to fit in at the beginning,but as they accumulate more experence,they will on problems successfully.
