房地产泡沫的研究具有重大的现实意义。随着我国房地产市场的发展，通过对房地产泡沫产生的相关条件及有关数据的分析，可以找出泡沫产生的问题所在，更好的结合当前房地产形式进行政策以及其他方面的调整，进一步促进房地产业的协调、健康发展，进而推动全国经济的高速发展。
