to avoid 可以说是To do结构作主语，引自上文作者refered 的部分，it 可以说在这里没有实际含义，只是为了作为主语出现让句子完整。
举两个例子吧，
1.to do sth. 作主语 To improve my English, I have to practise everyday.
2.it 没有实际含义作为结构补充： It's raining outside.
