摘 要
在我国改革开放的二十多年中，以家族企业为代表的私营企业发展迅速，已成为国民经济的重要力量。但私营企业目前面临一些亟待解决的问题，尤其是产权制度问题，已成为制约企业发展的主要因素之一。
当前我国家族企业产权绝大多数是以家族血缘、亲缘关系为纽带联结成的创业积累主体，而不是严格地受市场规则约束的组织。这些企业有着一个共性，在初期这些企业在不同程度上取得了成功，这个时候产权制度上的问题对于企业的发展影响不是很大。然而，随着企业规模的扩大，以及市场经济体制的逐步完善，在新的经济环境下，家族企业产权制度本身具有的局限性也就不可避免地暴露出来，并给企业生存和发展带来各种危机，许多家族企业在市场竞争的“生存检验”中消亡。
本文通过对家族企业在产权方面所受到的困扰进行分析和研究，分析了家族企业产权制度安排上存在的主要问题及其成因，对家族企业产权制度的优化提供了一些对策。
