这里考察强调句结构 It is ... that ...
这个结构be动词就是单数，不做其他变化。

两个名词并列时看前面的名词单复数决定整句动词的形式
There is a book and three pencils on the desk.
There are three pencils and a book on the desk.

因为it指的是clean the classroom这件事，所以是it加单数谓语。

指的是两人共同完成工作，有时候and连接的词，谓语用单数的
