Phase 3 - Implementation
This phase details the processes by which the unit or microwave (MW) link is Delivery Accepted, Installed, Commissioned and Integrated. This process will also detail the process of taking each site, each unit and each MW link to the point of Ready For Acceptance (RFA).
Phase Inputs
The prerequisites for Implementation Phase are:
IS13.1 Main Equipment on Site
In addition, the Telecom Implementation Manager has to ensure that all subcontractors / staff are trained prior to the start of the Implementation Phase and make sure that all site documentation generated during this phase is delivered to the project library’s site folder.
