在学习的过程中，我深知自己还存在一定的缺点和不足，主要表现在以下几个方面：
1、对公司流程熟悉不够，理论与实践的结合做的较差；
2、对公司的工作任务能认真完成，但积极性不够；
3、与公司里的领导和同事们思想和工作业务交流不够；
4、自己的整体素质和业务学习还有待进一步提高。
