摘要：目前,生产一线所采用人工化验的方法检测热采用注汽锅炉的运行情况,这种方法存在着较大的人为误差和滞后性，在很大程度上影响了注汽干度测试的准确性。为了解决这一问题, 随着稠油热采工艺配套技术的开发，水/蒸汽两相流的动态监测技术的发展，出现了两相流微机测控技术。两相流微机测控技术是用标准节流装置测两相流的干度与流量，并以此为基础总结和开发出的一项新技术，可以有效测算各项注汽参数，自动检测注汽锅炉的运行情况。同时，其简明直观的人机界面，可以很好地满足现场使用要求。

Two phase flow is standard microcomputer detection-control throttle device to measure the two-phase flow, and dry degree and based on the summary and develop a new technology, can effective measure the steam injection parameters, automatic detection for the vapor injection boiler operation conditions. At the same time, its simple human-machine interface, can well satisfy site use requirement.
