我的工作只涉及了财务的一小部分，
我重点所作的就是每天完善进度表，涵盖了合同已经交付多少，发票有无开具之类信息。便于上级，财务主管随时调取所需数据。
我们公司对于销售员每月的报销，有固定的限额。在有超额的情况下，如果不是特意为维护某个已完成的项目而所造成的花费，则不属于报销范围。

My job is partly related to finance.
The major duty of mine is to perfect schedule including how many contracts are paid, if the invoices are issued, etc. for the purpose of leaving conveniences to the superiors to adjust the data.
For the sales’ monthly reimbursements, our company has a limitation. The excess part of reimbursement, unless it is the necessary expenditure of a finished project, will not be counted.
