应该这样分22，202，002，022 就是twenty two billion two hundred and two million two thousand and twenty two最后一节虽然百位是0，但是and还是要读出来的

这个还真不好说,要看情况,这么说吧

如果十位和个位都不为0,在百位后肯定有and
如果十位为0,个位不为0,个位前肯定有and

million的情况根据thousands推理一下吧

通常百位数后面用and， 这是必须的
