Mitchel believes that a lie is a wrongful communication which tends to be benefical to the communicator. Depaulo (1980) states, deception is when the communicator deliberately makes others believe something to be true, while himself believes it to be false.
M claims that lies are minsleading information favoring their own creators. D (1989) argues that deceiving is an attempt to convince others the truthfulness of a statement which they themselves know is false.
