I stepped out of the room and read at the wall that this hotel I had been moved is actually a 2 star hotel instead of a 4 as I booked; Unfortunately it was too late to change it since the mature woman who checked me in had gone. Be warned: this old woman is the same that works in Alle Meraviglie. They share the same reception.

In the morning during my check-out I spoke to the same mature woman about my bad experience at Antica Locanda compared to my "4 stars" expectation. She stood up on a very defensive way, yelling at me, and saying in a very aggressively way that the paper I read was wrong and Locanda is also a 4 star hotel and therefore she would charge me the same price I booked.

Despite of being very disapointed I said that I didn't want to fight and gave her my credit card. After saying that I would share my bad experience here in the tripadvisor, this mature woman threated me to sue me as a black mailer. She kept arguing, yelling and doin

Quality Hotel&Suites Airport East--难以置信的经历。我想分享一下最近我在这家极好的酒店的经历。
我刚到酒店,就受到一个有着温暖笑容的人的欢迎和问候。在服务台,我享受了没有任何耽搁的服务,几分钟内就去到了我的房间。

房间比预计中的还要好。我的房间一尘不染,很宽敞,比广告上的还要好。

在这里发生了一件事,使我的这次经历值得纪念。一天,当我和妻子(或丈夫)和母亲正往酒店外面走的时候,我们问了酒店大堂里的一位先生关于这座城市的一些问题。他不仅帮我们回答了所有的问题,还花时间帮我们计划当天的行程,包括去参观城市的哪部分和怎样去那里。这种客户服务轻易地使我可以向我的朋友和家人要参观多伦多的时候推荐这家酒店。我记下了这位先生的名字,并希望利用这个机会鸣谢Majid Jaffari,他是个真正的绅士,并且是Toronto Airport East Location of Quality Hotel and Suites的宝贵财富。。
