Today I have Spring Outing.
At the 7:00 a.m.. I went to the East Lake where far 30km away from home. When I got there, the time is 8:30 a.m..
On the morning. I have row the small boats, and lunch in a small restaurant. The food was delicious!
And on the afternoon. I've climb a hill, and admire the beautiful view. And I've took some beautiful photos!
At the 4:00 p.m.. I have to return to my home.
today, I am very happy!

I have Spring Outing中“have”这个动词我觉得不恰当，而且，你整篇文章是过去式。
At the 7:00 a.m中不用冠词the
far 30km away 改为30KM far away
the time is 8:30 a.m句式啰嗦，改为IT'S 8:30 a.m
On the morning将On改为in
I have row the small boats，时态不对
and lunch in a small restaurant改为i have lunch in a small restaurant
on the afternoon同上
I've climb a hill时态
admire 用词不恰当
And I've took some beautiful photos!时态
have to return to my home时态
