As a monitor in my university, i really gained quite a lot. First it gave me great confidence and helped me improve my communication skills.I know as a leader, we should have great responsibilty, try to be helpful to all of my classmates, and also help our professors to manage all the class stuffs.
Of course, i did have some shortcomings during this time. Sometimes i am too confident and ignored the other classmates' own feelings. it might hurt their feelings. Since to be a monitor in universities is quite different from senior high school, we need more experience and more cooperation, which i still need to improve a lot. Finally i know how important teamwork is .
Anyway, i still think to be a monitor in university is a great experience for me, i will always cherish this.
