双胫腓神经，尺神经，左正中神经SCV正常，F波正常，双尺神经MCV减慢，右尺神经波幅低。左正中神经，双胫腓神经，左股神经MCV正常，右尺神经节段性传导阻滞（CB）阴性。
双小指展肌肌电图运动单位平均时限宽，波幅高，均见巨大电位，多相波增多。左股直肌，右胫前肌，胸锁乳突肌肌电图多相波增多。左股直肌，右胫前肌运动单位平均时限宽，最大用力混合相，右T8棘旁肌未见明显异常。
提示：
1。双尺神经运动纤维轻度混合性损害，双胫腓神经，左正中神经，左股神经传导速度正常。
2。双小指展肌，左股直肌，右胫前肌，胸锁乳突肌肌电图神经源性损害，结合SCV，CB 正常。不排除前角细胞损害。
