关于有插入语的复合疑问句的两个简单问题~~

谁说加了插入语要改变句子结构？
do you think和do you suppose作为插入语完全可以拿掉，不影响句义，
第二句译为：你认为现代世界需要怎样的改变？改变是被需要，所以用被动

do you think 是插入语，可以省略不看变成Who is the right man for the post ?，就是这样了

1.Who (do you think) is the right man for the post ?
do you think 是插入语。插不插入语序和语意都不变的。
2..What changes （do you suppose） are needed in the modern world ?
把插入语do you suppose 去掉以后分析句子。
change 是被需要。所以 are needed 是被动就对了

do you think 是插入语。不改变语序和语意
2..What changesdo you suppose are needed in the modern world ?
do you suppose 是插入语。不改变语序和语意
因为是 need some changes ，所以 need用被动
