根据公司生产经营发展需要，原公司章程规定的有关条款，已不能适应公司业务发展的需要，执行董事决定修改公司章程，具体如下：

现规定：公司投资总额：65万美元
公司注册资本：50万美元
缴付期限： 14万美元部分自工商营业执照签发之日起的三个月内缴付注册资金的20%，其他部分在工商营业执照签发之日起一年内全部交清。新增注册资本36万美元部分，在申请变更登记时，缴付不低于新增注册资本的20%，其他部分在工商营业执照签发之日起二年内全部交清。
