【摘要】超市作为一种新的商品零售模式在我国快速发展，且日臻完善，已经越来越深入到人们的日常生活中。由于本土连锁超市起步较晚，与外资连锁超市相比还有一定的差距，主要存在以下六大问题：经营规模偏小、市场定位不明确、忽视质量管理、经营规范化程度低、超市与供应商之间的关系不协调、物流管理水平不高。本文通过本土连锁超市存在问题的原因分析的基础上，着重探讨解决问题的对策。
