本文根据ZPE Chemical Group 现状，通过分析六矿 Coal Preparation Plant原煤的煤质特点，综合考虑可能遇到的各种风险因素，对六矿 Coal Preparation Plant技术改造项目进行技术分析，经过工艺技术和经济可行性分析研究，为六矿 Coal Preparation Plant工艺技术设备老化落后问题提出合理的技术改造方案，以提高产品质量，增加入选能力，实现六矿 Coal Preparation Plant可持续发展。课题研究结果将作为六矿 Coal Preparation Plant选煤系统技术改造的依据。六矿 Coal Preparation Plant进行过技术改造后，使用三产品重介旋流机取代现用的跳汰机，可以根据用户需要，灵活调整产品结构，项目的建设将可以发挥出六矿 Coal Preparation Plant的资源优势，为企业创造更大的经济效益，增加企业的竞争能力。本课题进行的选煤工艺系统改造可行性研究方法和结果可供类似选煤厂的技术改造进行借鉴，项目建成后将对老厂技术改造起到示范作用。
