为什么不能选A呢？好像A放进去解释得也对？

discuss是及物动词，后面不用加介词

因为discuss是及物动词，所以不需要用about

about后直接加sth

discuss sth， discuss是及物动词

discuss是及物后直接接内容，不需介词，whether从句是交谈的内容作宾语，所以可以把这句话简单化：We haven't discussed it.不需叫about
