I hope you can take my blessing to your place

这里用can 不好,can的意思是能力,这句的意思便成了: 我希望你有能力把我的祝福带到你的地方.同中文"你能"的含义不尽一致,建议改成:
I hope you will (would) take my blessings to your place.

Not bad. but "你想去的地方“ isn't "your place", is it? it's "wherever you may go" or "wherever you go"...

I would translate this as:

"I hope you can take my blessings with you wherever you go."

But, I don't think this chinese translates into english very well. I would more likely say:

"Best wishes (wherever you go)!"

"Best wishes" is a nice thing to say in English, which has the same meaning as what you are saying.
