The 14th "World Reading Day" is coming. Our institute did a study on the collateral reading of 15000 high school students. The result is that 27% of the collateral reading is comic, 27% is on science and technology, and 11% is famous novels and other kinds of novels. As high school students, they should read more novels and less comics, because novels provide more insights for them in their own writing, unless they want to pursue in drawing comic books in the future.
