设计功能简述
本设计分为酒店和写字楼两部分，分别设于南、北两端，酒店入口面偏东正对主要马路一侧，写字楼入口在偏南马路一端，虽然同属一区，但分别从两条不同马路进入，互不干扰。
考虑到经营效果，一层作为酒店的商业用房，写字楼除大堂入口外，均设在五层以上。

This design adopts common design style used in the tropical area, and uses different function areas between hotel and office building to form an inner open yard and as the "lobby" of the hotel. The main entrance is totally open, "the open yard lobby" is equipped with glass ceiling, and for the reason of three-side construction blokage, which can bolck direct light of the sun. The backside uses the partition of different functions between hotel and office building, and formes a 10-meter-wide nick, which makes the wind blows directly through the lobby and forms convection.
