有问题的驱动程序引起的，请检查一下最近安装了什么驱动程序，在开机时按F8进入安全模式将它关闭
（2）还不行的话，就有可能是你的内存问题了，你将内存取出换个槽插上试试看，或者从朋友那儿借条内存换上看看怎么样，以排除它的问题
要判断可能有3个方面:
1.显卡问题
(重新插,清洁金手指,风扇是否正常.

再不行,检查系统没病毒的话.只能是散热问题.用的时间长了,可以打开机箱小心清扫里面的灰尘,给风扇都加一点高级机油.针对的主要问题就是降低机箱内温度.
如果偶然发生，强行关机，不必理睬。如果经常发生，查杀一下病毒，再不行的话重装系统，检查一下内存等。
