接to do 的有:plan to do sth ;attempt to do sth;expect to do sth;choose to do sth ;agree to do sth;appear to do sth;
intend to do sth;ask to sth; help to do sth;在平时学习中去积累.这些都是固定搭配.

就看句子意思
如果是做过的（发生了），比如forget doing 就是忘记做过某事
如果是要去做的（还没发生），比如forget to do
就是忘记去做……

to do:like to do sth,ask to do sth,tell sb to do sth/not to do sth,promise to do sth``````
doing:like doing sth,enjoy doing sth,love doing sth,remember /forget doingsth,介词with,of,about......(to 除外）+doing sth
