The Bank is irrevocally authroized to credit the proceeds fromt he said calim, on collection thereof and following deduction of expenses of any nature whatsoever, to the account（s) of the bank's claim as same is set out under 1 hereinabove without any mediation or concomitant act or specific instructions whatsoever on the Pledgor's part to that effect.
