My name is Bernardo Licon, I´m working for Danfoss in Mexico as Strategic Purchaser. We are developing new components for our filter dryer production and we are preparing a Business Case for this project. For that, we need to get a estimated quotation for a plastic extrusion machine that can make a plastic tube with a diameter of 35 mm (aproxx). The plastic we are looking to use in this procees will melt at 200°C
The information we need is estimated cost, cycle time and delivery time. We are looking to have a 10 second cycle time, with a 100mms lenght.
