我要拒绝美国大学的录取，我应该怎么说？

问题具体如下：我2个月前接到了美国George Mason University 的录取（没奖学金的那种），我接受了他们的录取。但是之后我又收到新加坡南洋理工的录取。我选择了南洋理工。我现在应该怎样拒绝美国那边呢？问题的关键是，我已经答应美国那边了，现在又说不去，我很害怕那边的学校怀疑我诚信方面的问题。我不知道这样以后签证去美国是否会被拒绝。我在拒绝信上怎样写才能不让他们怀疑我诚信的问题呢。请各位指点，帮帮小弟吧。 万分感谢！
