定语从句判断先行词

请帮我看下这个句子，here is an example,which i heard at nurses' convention ,of a story which works well because the audience all shared the same view of doctors，这里两个which 从句都是修饰story后面的which还能分辨出来，可是前面那个which打死我也会觉得是修饰example的非限定性定语从句的，各位大侠有谁能教教我如何判断定语从句到底是修饰睡啊？特别是定于从句的位置不是紧挨着先行词的时候，优势放在词前，优势中间插入点什么东西，这真是很难判断啊？
可答案说两个which共同修饰story啊

正常顺序而且简单的句子应该是: Here is an example, of which(指a story) I heard at nurses' convention, a story which works well because the audience all shared the same view of doctors，

再明显一点的话就是：
Here is an example, a story,which I heard at hurses' convention, which works well because the audience all share the same view of doctors.这样整理一下句子更简单，没有太多修饰便于理解，但缺少写作手法，不算文学了.

因此不难看出,第二个which引导story为主语的宾语从句.去掉点缀的句子，宾语从句部分应该是:a story,(which I heard from nurse's convention 谓语部分）,which works well ....(宾语部分)
