【摘要】 目的：分析扬州地区麻疹患者流行病学及临床特点。方法：收集我院2008年7月至2009年6月住院麻疹患者87例临床资料，分析患者性别、年龄分布、地区分布、疫苗接种、发病季节、临床特征及并发症等。结果：(1) 婴儿和成人发病率上升，特别是成人病例明显增多；(2) 夏季病例增多；(3) 流动人口发病率增多； (4)症状不典型患者增多，并发症多。结论：婴儿和成人麻疹有增多趋势；已接种麻疹疫苗患者抗体滴度低，可能与病毒变异有关。

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the epidemiology and clinical characteristics of measles patients in Yangzhou region . Methods: Clinical data of 87 measles patients in our hospital from July 2008 to June 2009 were assembled, analysis of patients with gender, age distribution, geographical distribution, vaccination, seasonal incidence, clinical features and complications. Results: (1) the incidence of infant and adult increased, especially in adult cases; (2) an increase in the summer cases; (3) the incidence of the floating population increased; (4) increased in patients with atypical symptoms, and more complications. Conclusion: There is a growing trend of measles in the infant and adult; low antibody titers of patients who have been vaccinated against measles may be related to variability of the virus.
